This site offers several levels of access (security) enabling visitors, residents and the town organizations/government to interact with the website at different levels.
Levels of access:
1) Anonymous User: Defined as anyone who comes to the site and does not login. They see the standard information about Clifton. This type of access is no different than surfing to any other website on the web.
2) Visitor: The Visitor is someone who has registered with the website. In addition to what the Anonymous User sees, they will also be able to see a section that has information just for them. This information could be special offers from local merchants or access to a town newsletter.
3) Town Member/ Resident: The Resident membership is open to anyone in the CBA district. If your account is not upgraded automatically to Resident status and you live in this district, please send contact the webmaster and you will be upgraded. Residents can post content and access a special section of the web designed for them.
4) Town Business: The Town Council and other town officials have access to a town business section and have the ability to add events, post minutes, and add/modify content to Town Council only area of the website.
5) Webmaster: Persons with rights to modify all pages. They can also disable user accounts. They do not have sufficient rights to delete a webpage.
